Garden objct for plants

This object is located in Coe Park in down town Torrington. The object is used to hold plants during the warmer season but due to it still being cold the plants have not been planted yet.

During those warm months it is almost impossible to get close to it without stepping on all the plants that surround it, but now during the end of the cold season it is still possible to get close.

As you can see there is still some sort of plant in the object even during these cold days, but I'm unsure if it is alive and will grow during when it get's warm or if it is dead and will be removed when the time comes to decorate the park.

Normally I would of centered the object into the middle of the image, but I was told to try putting it more on the side so commercial venders that want to add words or something can for there own commercial use.
